We’re excited to share some changes to our dementia care subscription boxes, designed to better support individuals at every stage of their dementia journey — and to help carers and family members provide meaningful, engaging experiences for their loved ones.

Starting this season, we will now be offering one monthly box and two quarterly boxes, each carefully tailored to meet the evolving needs of those living with dementia.

New Monthly Box: The Activity & Puzzle Box

Ideal for: Early-Stage Dementia

Our new monthly Activity & Puzzle Box is perfect for individuals in the early stages of dementia who are still able to engage with light challenges and creative tasks. Each month’s box will follow a unique theme and include:

•  A puzzle book with engaging and dementia-friendly challenges

•  A hands-on craft activity to spark creativity

•  A useful and comforting gift item

• A set of themed conversation cards to inspire connection and storytelling

This monthly box offers gentle cognitive stimulation, supports independence, and creates enjoyable moments for both individuals and their caregivers.

Quarterly Reminiscence Box

Ideal for: Moderate Dementia

Our Reminiscence Box, now available quarterly, is designed to encourage memory recall and connection through familiar themes and sensory-rich items. Each themed box will include:

•  A smaller puzzle book tailored to moderate cognitive ability

• A meaningful activity or craft

• Themed conversation cards

•  A scent card to spark memories and associations

• A nostalgic game, such as a matching card set or puzzle.

This box is ideal for those who benefit from gentle engagement and enjoy reflecting on the past with their loved ones.

 Quarterly Sensory Box

Ideal for: Later-Stage Dementia

Our Sensory Box, also delivered quarterly, is specially curated for those in the later stages of dementia. These boxes aim to bring comfort, calm, and stimulation through multi-sensory experiences. Each themed box will include:

•  A visual item to capture attention

•  A calming or nostalgic scent

•  A sound element, such as a music track or rattle

•  A tactile item for touch and fidgeting

•  A safe taste element (when appropriate)

These boxes are created to soothe and stimulate the senses in a gentle, supportive way, fostering emotional connection and comfort.
